How do you level my character?

We rely on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer game accounts. Every single character will be conducted by experienced and ethical players at a reasonable pace that will not arouse any kind of unwanted suspicions. It goes without macros, dupes, and game bug exploits, and other such illegal methods will never be used. Your character will be leveled the safest way possible: by going through the grind. We also do some of the quests for you during the power leveling if not much time consuming.

I have several characters under the same game account; can I log in to play on my alternate character while you are leveling up one of my characters?

Unfortunately no. The game design allows only one connection per session. Logging in will ultimately cut the connection of the other, hence causing an unnecessary delay. After I pay, how quickly can you start my order?

Is there any guarantee that i won't have my account stolen?

Game account theft is a very real problem, thus we take the security of our customers' game accounts very seriously. Will you level my professions as well?

Professions of your choice will be leveled during the power leveling. There won't be any guarantee what level will it be at the end of the pl service, but we will do as much as we can. (for example: you have 30 mining skill when pl start, if we find a copper vein in the area we're leveling your char, we will mine it. But if we find a iron vein which need higher mining skill, we will ignore it, we won't go back to lower level areas just for the professions since too much time consuming.) Professions leveling are a gift to our customers, no additional cost!

All loots will stay on the character, right?

Of course! Our policy is to leave whatever gold accumulated throughout the leveling process in your character s inventory. Non-upgradable items will be vendored or auctioned off to fund the leveling process. Good ones (like rare or epic or good green gears) will be keep in bank.

Do I need to move all my items for safe-keeping before turning over the account?

There is no need, but we do recommend moving any valuables to a friend's account or an alternate account for safe-keeping.

How fast you level up my character?

We need 13-16 days to complete 1-60 level up. The speed of level up depends on which class you want to be leveled up, Generally speaking the rogue and the hunter will be leveled up fastest. The paladin will be leveled up slowest.

Will my characters other skills such as defense & attack be leveled? What about my trade skills?

Your character is actively fighting while gaining experience, not sitting on the side soaking up exp. So yes, your characters battle skills will be raised as we play your character. As for other skills (baking, blacksmithing, etc), we will level them as we can.

Can WLKGOLD.NET make sure that the leveler ignores chat and not reply to friends and guild mates during the leveling service?

We realize that it is our policy for us to keep socializing to a minimum, however, at high levels, it can be quite impossible especially when it comes to the priest or warrior class. Social interactions are often unavoidable due to the fact that it is human nature to socialize. Perhaps it wasn't the best choice, which is why we put out suggestions on how to deal with guild mates and friends prior to a power leveling session. Example, a visiting cousin from Spain will be playing on your character while you are gone. At the same time, we will closely monitor all conversations to minimize negative misconceptions. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them.

Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

No! We will never do that.

How can you assure that my account will not be suspended/banned by GM as I know GM will ban/roll back accounts if found using a power leveling service.

From experience, GM does not ban nor suspend accounts that are being power leveled. However, they will suspend an account if there is a slightest reason to suspect that your account has been compromised through hacking. Often enough, customers will attempt to login to their account while the power leveler is working on it. Having the power leveler on your account, and you attempting to log in from a different IP automatically flags your account. This is a security measure Blizzard implemented to protect your account. Should it happen, you can always contact Blizzard and provide the necessary documents such as game card keys, or credit card billing statements to prove that you are the legit owner of the account. However, cases like these are very rare, and we would like to ask of you to refrain from trying to log into your account during the power leveling session. If your game account is banned during our powerleveling service, please contact the Blizzard Company firstly to get your account back, we will try our best to assist you at the same time. If not, you can choose to refund or reset a character, and then we will rearrange your order. You had better transfer your golds which amount is over 1000g to the other place in the game except that we need your golds to level your skill of enchanting and tailoring.

What if you finish my order ahead of the timeframe we have specified?

If there are still several hours or days left, we cannot refund you, because we have paid out to the equivalent labor.
If I terminate my order during the paid powerleveling service, could I get the remains unused funds refunded?
Impossible! Because we arrange the professional guys to finish your order, whether you choose to terminate or not, we still need to pay!

Are you going to change the password to my game account?

No. We will not under any circumstances change the password to your account. If you find that the password to your account has been changed by person other than you, please contact us immediately.
Understandably, we realize that you would like to play with your completed character as soon as possible, but do allow us to properly inspect your character for discrepancies and take the final screen shots before handover. Should the password change before any handovers, any claims will not be entertained.
